Intro to Bungee

Instructor- Karla

This low impact, high endurance workout is ideal for beginners looking to start a fitness journey. In Intro to Bungee we celebrate our “new to working out” ladies as well as those that are older and with ailment issues to laugh, fly and have a great time! Classes are 30 minutes and consist of a warm up, beginner level cardio and conditioning and some jumping and flying if you feel ready! Any one can fly in our classes and we offer lots of modification pointers as we like to take it slower in these classes. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class find the perfect bungee and harness size. Weight restrictions apply due to bungee cord sizes and harnesses and is currently set between 80lbs to 400lbs. Cotton workout clothes are advised to prevent chaffing. Classes are for adults only and a minimum of 4 classes is recommended before joining our next level up bungee fit class. Classes can be purchased via our drop in rate or subscription.

Bungee Fitness

This low impact, high intensity workout is for all fitness levels who already work out regulary and for anyone who love to laugh, fly and have a great time! Classes are an action packed filled 30 minutes of cardio, HIIT, jumping and flying! You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class find the perfect bungee and harness size. Weight restrictions apply due to bungee cord sizes and is currently set between 80lbs to 400lbs. Cotton workout clothes are advised to prevent chaffing. Classes are for adults only and are drop in or subscription.

Intro to Aerial- Adults (NEW!)

Our Thursday evening class is 60 minutes long and for beginners looking to try out different Aerial Arts. We switch bi weekly between Sling/Hammock, Silks and Lyra and this class will give basic fundamentals on each apparatus. Beginner Aerial is a full body workout will help strengthen upper body and core predominately. The class will improve endurance, strength and flexibility. We will go through a warm up, stretching, strengthening and skills to a beginner level. This class is suitable for adult beginners only and we recommend bringing water and wearing leggings, a workout top covering abdomen and arm pits to not burn the skin and bare feet (although you may want socks during warming up.) Classes are drop in or subscription.

Adult Silks Level 1, 2 & 3

Have you ever wanted to learn to move through the air with strength, flexibility and grace? Aerial Silks will tone your physique, make you sweat and you will learn an impressive new skill in the air. Classes focus on stretching, strengthening and learning new skills each week on the silks. Aerial Silks are hard work, rewarding and for everyone. You can learn, get in great shape and have fun all at the same time. Level 1 & 2 are for students with basic fundamentals and skills up to level 3 where students are inverting their legs over their heads.. Classes are an hour long. Fabric can burnt the skin, bare feet, full leggings and shirts are advised. Classes are drop in and monthly subscription to reserve your space weekly.

Adult Lyra Level 1, 2 & 3

Classes focus on skills and sequences, stretching and strengthening whilst learning skills inside, underneath and on top of the Lyra. Classes are exciting, fun and build up strength and stamina. Aerial Lyra level 1 & 2 are aimed at students who are familiar with aerial or have taken class before or taken our beginner class for a month at least. Level 3 are our students with who have been taking aerial for at least 2 years and are comfortable at inverting and going into the spandset. Classes are an hour long. Suggested attire includes full leggings and shirt to prevent bruising and scraping. Either socks or bare feet. Classes are drop in or monthly subscription to reserve your space weekly.

Aerial Trapeze- All Levels. All Ages

Instructor- Karla

We are so excited to bring single point/dance trapeze to our studio. This classic apparatus with a modern twist where you can do tricks under and on the bar as well as above. This class is open to adults and kids and are an hour long. Classes begin with stretching and strengthening and learning beginner skills on the Trapeze. Classes are drop in and monthly sign up to reserve your space weekly.

Hammock Choreography- All Levels, All Ages

Instructor- Laura

This class focuses on choreography, learning a short sequence each class suitable for beginner levels, 1 and 2. This class is for adults and kids and although suitable for beginner level, it is not recommended as a first class to aerial given the choreography/sequence nature of learning multiple movements. Classes are drop in and monthly sign up to reserve your space weekly.

Kids Aerial- All Levels

There is a class for kids too! From 5-17 years old, (older teens are welcome in our adult classes) this class focuses on flexibility and strength training as well as alternating between Aerial Lyra and Aerial Silk skills. The Aerial Lyra also known as the Aerial Hoop is attached to the ceiling and dangles in the air. The class focuses on how to maneuver, climb under, in and on top of the hoop playing with different positions and routines according to their level. The Aerial Silks also known as Aerial Fabric are 2 pieces of material that hang from the ceiling. The class focuses on climbing, wrapping and unwrapping in all kinds of positions on the silks and learning routines. Throughout the year there will be parents evenings where you can watch your child’s progress. Bare feet, full leggings and shirts are advised due to fabric burns and hoop bruising. Classes are drop in or subscription sign up to reserve your space weekly.

Intro to Pole Fitness

Instructor- Laura, Ali and Tayelor

As well as our Pole Level 1 & 2 classes and our Pole Heel and Flows class we offer Intro to Pole on Monday evenings at 6pm where total beginners can learn pole. This class is an amazing full body workout that is fun and empowering. Classes are 60 minutes and begin with a short warm up, conditioning and stretching, fundamentals and basics of climbing and beginner spins as well as learning different beginner skills. Suitable for complete beginners. Students can wear sticky leggings, shorts, pole gear, t shirts or any kind of work out top. The class is barefoot but socks and layers can be worn during the warm up. Classes are drop in or subscription if you want to reserve your space weekly. Level 1 classes would require previous pole experience, Level 2 requires a strong foundation of inverts while pole flow and heels can be done in socks or pole heels.

Our Competition Team

Instructor- Laura and Karla

Our competition team compete nationwide, in state and virtually. We open our team up yearly in either June or September only and work on flexibility and strengthening of the students as well as their solos they compete with and group performances. We compete with Aerialympics, Viva Fest, Aerial Star, Aerial Elite and more. We require students to take their regular skills class, our competition team class and bi weekly privates to compete. If you are looking for a bungee class with friends on a Saturday or to organise a birthday party for a loved one, we have a variety of options available. We can plan anything outside of our regular schedule (which is between Monday-Thursday 5pm-9.30pm) and offer Bungee, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock or Pole.
