What is Rise and Fly all about?

We first opened our doors in Greenville, Texas in August 2020, amidst the pandemic and unable to perform in our Family Circus, we launched our studio to teach others what we do and are passionate about. Fast forward to January 2022, we opened a 2nd location inside an already established studio, Rockbarre, owned by Rocki Hoops in Downtown Sulphur Springs to offer unique, new and fun classes. Woman owned and operated, this is a safe space for women, teens and children to learn new skills, get fit, build a community and make friendships. Our studio is designed for all shapes and sizes and fitness levels.
